This policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, delivery timeframes, and other important information related to the delivery of your orders.
We currently ship to all addresses within Romania and to European Union (EU) member countries. For shipping inquiries outside the EU, please contact our customer support team at contact@mytoolhouse.com for availability and a custom shipping quote.
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs. Please note that delivery times are estimated business days from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 14:00 (EET) on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our Track Order page to monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination, total weight of the package, and the shipping method selected. The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. There are no hidden fees or additional charges beyond what is shown at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number along with the email address used at checkout.
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be held at the nearest courier pick-up point for a period of 5 business days. You will be notified by email and SMS with the pick-up location details.
If the package is not collected within 5 business days, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact our customer support team to arrange a redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or if your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at contact@mytoolhouse.com. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package or product. We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
For deliveries outside Romania but within the EU, no customs duties apply. For any potential future shipments outside the EU, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the customs authority of the destination country upon delivery.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate. MyToolHouse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@mytoolhouse.com so we can attempt to update it before dispatch.
