All prices displayed on our website are in Romanian Lei (RON) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by Romanian law, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed on the website at the time you place your order.
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by MyToolHouse. A legally binding contract between you and MyToolHouse is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and bank transfer. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways using SSL encryption. MyToolHouse does not store your full credit card details on our servers at any time.
Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. For bank transfer payments, your order will be dispatched once the funds have been received and verified in our account, which may take 1–3 business days.
We ship to Romania and EU member countries. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the destination and shipping method selected. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy page. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier logistics, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address.
In accordance with Romanian consumer protection law (OG 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return products within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without providing a reason. All products sold by MyToolHouse are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product documentation. In addition, under Romanian consumer protection law, all products carry a minimum legal conformity guarantee of 2 years from the date of delivery. If a product proves to be defective or non-conforming within this period, you are entitled to request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund, in accordance with applicable law.
